I had ordered VOX Combo Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD 2 Speaker 2 Tweeter from Rediff Shopping. The product I received is of very poor quality and also FM is also not working. The size of the speakers is very small that doesn't fits in my car slots. I don’t expect Rediff.com to sell such kind of products on their web site.
I requested the cancellation of order on the same day I recived it (Date : 18/11/2014 ) .
I requested to arrange the pick-up for this product over the over the e-mail and phone multiple time but didn't got any response till now. I called customer care atleast 6-7 time for this and every time they told me, you will get response from them today, But never recived any.
Very very poor service from Rediff. If would be '0' star here, I could have given that to Rediff.
Kindly refund my money back or else the Last option I have left with to go to consumer court with this issue.
