ROTATING PLATE CHANGE - LG MICROWAVE

Our LG Microwave Rotating Plate broken in Nov'12. Went to shop in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and then to SErvice Centre. REgistered Complaint on 29.12.2012 - Complaint No. RNA121229078946 - NO ACTION TAKEN.
Second Complaint registered on 06.02.2013 - Complaint No.RNA 130206011349.
Repeated follow up ends up on deaf ears. We are not using the Microwave for the last 4 months only due to VERY POOR RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT.

Glass items are never covered under warranty. You should read the warranty terms of your product though (i may be wrong).
