Sir i have a airtel prepaid number 9818773838 in the name of rajan arora, On 15.10.2016 i personally visit airtel store in nit faridabad for migrate my pre paid number to post paid and store executive says your post paid number will be activate within 24-48 hours in between your pre paid number will be activated when prepaid number is stop same time post paid number will be activate and after 3 days on tuesday 18.10.2016 at 01:00 pm the Inquiry person come at my home and complete the verification process after 5 minute i recieve a message from airtel (Address verification for prepaid to postpaid conversion of your airtel mobile has been completed. The conversion will start shortly) and on 18.10.2016 at 05:00 pm my prepaid number was deactivate and still as on 21.10.2016 10:00 am my post paid number not activate.
