I had surrendered my 3 post paid connections 99884978491,492 & 493 on 22.04.2016 and requested for deactivation with immediate effect after having paid all the dues. The vodafone company had acknowledged the same vide email dated 24.04.2016 referring the docket number 137811370. Even though the connections are surrendered in April 2016, the company reps are giving me lots of trouble to pay the dues for may, june & july 2016 by sending emails and calls to my other numbers even after my clarifications of having surrendered the same in April 2016 itself. I suffer from lots mental agonies due to these nuisance calls. Hence i am forced to seek remedy and compensation from appropriate legal forum. I appreciate your ending of further communications regarding this in future.
