Note 5 dual sim disappointing..

I bought note 5 dual sim on 10th may 2016. I started having problems with network. Wi-Fi is very slow. Most of the times no network. I was trying to sort out with sim services as I never thought that my brand new phone would give me problems from day 1. Later when I realised it and took it to Samsung care it was 10th day. They updated it but no use. I revisited..it was again updated and was told that it's hardware has to be changed. I don't agree with the repair as problem is from day one.
Ashwati Nair , senior executive took my case when I booked a complain. She persuaded me for REPAIR only. I wanted Replacement. She without my consent closed the case. I reopened my case..she closed it within few hours. I sympathy people at Samsung care. They aren't educated well for having good relationship with customers. They are seated there to help customers not put them into frustration.
I request highest executive to look into my matter and understand it and give me replacement. :mad:
