No refund on non-fulfilment of order

Sir,
I ordered a Victorinox Swiss Army Knife with Order ID: 15332520512, On 24 Sep, 2016 by paying ₹1235 through Visa Debit Card issued from Corporation Bank. It was expected to be delivered on 01 Oct 16.
On 01 Oct 16, the order was cancelled as the Seller could not fulfill it. The site and app also show that the money refund was successful, whereas there is no refund in my account.
I filed the same complaint on the site on 02 Oct 16, but I didn't get any result till now. Only things I got were an acknowledgement email and more advertisements.
Also the same item from the same seller is still displayed on the site and app available for sail.
If it cannot be fulfilled why are they still showing it?
Does it take 7 days to check if one order can be fulfilled or not?
If the refund is not done why are they showing it as successful?
