Hi,
I have raised a MNP request VZ553943 for mobile no 7507110651 to port out from Vodafone and port in to Idea, but my current service provider is not accepting the request to port out request. The port in request raised by idea is 01-19157259730.
I have raised the MNP request twice(VZ553943 & VZ391931) but Vodafone is rejecting the request by give some irrelevant reasons. Request you to please help me in this issue so that I can switch to idea as soon as possible.
Also whenever I have called the Vodafone customer care they are just putting my call on hold and not providing any information regarding the porting request. And now they have now barred my calls to customer care.
When I am calling from different number for getting the status of my request, they are diverting the calls to their port out department, but either they are not giving any information or misbehaving using abusive languages.
