I am using SBI Credit card from last 3 months. I have booked for Flexipay offer on 4th Nov and it is showing approved online. but the Card Statement generated on 11th Nov 2014 is showing the total amount as due. I tried to contact Customer care but no luck and I tried to contact through mails but no luck so I have payed the the total amount due and now I dont want Flexypay offer but still it is showing in the online and also I got a fresh message saying Flexypay is approved. I am afried of using this card in future because there is no one to address my queries or concers. So I am planning to close the card.
