HP PRINTER COMPLAINT
HP PRINTER F 380 WAS GIVEN AT YOUR REDINGTON AT OKHLA E -48/4 FIRST FLOOR FOR PAPER JAM PROBLEM DC. NO: - DED/11/00598 WHICH WAS INFORMED ME THAT FART IS NOT AVAILABLE AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AS MECHENICAL PART IS NOT AVAILABLE . NPOW I TOOK PRINTER BACK ON DATED 18/07/2011.
WHEN USING PRINTER AT HOME FOR SCANNING ALL LIGHTS R BLINKING AS THEY HAVE CUT SCANNER CABLE AS PHONE CONVERSARION WHITH THEM AND WHAT THEY HAVE REMOVED FROM PRINTER IS STILL UNKNOWN . KINDLY RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT.
