its very frustrating if you buy new cell which is cost very high and it is defective. My problem is that my phone's (Samsung Galaxy E 7) outgoing sound is not clear. i visited nearby samsung care atleast 7-8 times but still my problem is not solved and in addition to this now my music player is also not working.
I am demanding to refund the cost of mobile or replace it with a new one from Samsung Company otherwise i have to approach consumer court for justice.
