I have bought lumia 625 from flipkart on20 Apr-- delivered on 22 Apr which turned out to be faulty, I raised a request for replacemnt but noone gave me a call before I logged a complaint with the counsumer court. After that the handset was replaced but once again with a faulty one.
this time I again logged a request on friday, 30 Apr and was told that I will be getting a call within 24 hours but its been 4 days now and I have logged a call with flipkart at least 3 times hence but still no call from them.
I need complete refund this time without any further delays.
