Endless repairs of GT-S7562

Samsung India has the worst mobile devices and services. The handling of mobiles at service center front desk is horrible. Promises from the customer support team sr. executives and escalation department are never fulfilled. Purchased GT-S7562 on 15 April 2013 in the third month the device went to the service center, after 2 months again went to the service and the Mother Board (PCB) was replaced, the very next day the mobile started acting with additional problems.
Again went to the service center and the update is that the replaced Motherboard is faulty. Within 6 months of the purchase 1 month the device is at service center and till the device is laying with the service center without updates. Sahana, Nikhil Shiv Prasad, Karthik R, Pramod Kumar Sing, Akash D, Prabath Floor Supervisors promised a call back and calls from HO. Apart from these members many time executives promised call back but never had received any. Number of emails sent to CEO Desk, no proper reply. Huge loss of money, waste of time and big headache.
