Disappointing service by customer care.

I have complain about my microwave oven that its fan is making annoying sound 5 days before, but still SAMSUNG is unable to send a service engg at my place. From past 3 days i am continuous following on the customer care that, no service engg has attended oven yet, and they are always saying, "We can understand your problem, and we have send a followup message to the respective service centre, you will be attended soon". My question is that, is it take 5 days to attend any complain logged, because customer care always says, you will receive a call before 6 in the evening daily. My reference number registered in SAMSUNG customer care is "8440825935".

I think they are delaying this process as warranty period of my microwave is going to end on 22-Jul-16, what a shameless strategy of SAMSUNG service people out there. I always thought SAMSUNG is serving people at its best, but now I came to know they all have such type of cunning strategy in there mind.
