my Docomo no 8950165044 got debited by 201 rs. without any reason..i talked to customer executive, and they told me some rubbish reason that i am charged for using paid sites and when we asked to their customer care executives dt which sites are paid dn dere reply is yahoo is a paid site which u used and when we want to talk to their seniors there was same rply dt our all senior executives are busy now so can u plz call later .. they always do this .. i have activated internet pack on my number and even then they are charging me for internet services...and those stupids are telling proudly that we won't refund your balance...why customer has to bear the loss?? i hope if you could get this problem solved ...thank you very much
