Damaged Samsung Refrigerator shipped

Bought Samsung Refrigerator RT56K6378SL Top Mount Freezer for 60K at Kohinoor , Lokhandwala, Andheri Mumbai 4 month ago (March 2016)

Right from first day the refrigerator was not working properly it is not maintaining the temperature, sweating and produced a lot of humming sound, lodged many complaints but Samsung technicians refused to accept the problem with the machine till the cooling stopped.
After 2 months, finally the Samsung technician has accepted that PCB part is totally damaged that needs to be replaced which has caused the cooling problem.

Now the cooling has been stopped altogether within 4 months of buying the product. It clearly indicated the defective piece has been shipped for 60K at my place.
Since refrigerator is not in stock (though have bought the latest Samsung refrigerator model), refund has been assured by Samsung in May 2016.
It’s been 2 months now, am still awaiting the refund & following up with customer care on this.
After four months of long struggle & harassment, I don’t Samsung is sanguine about the issues faced by us so it seems have to approach consumer court for this issue.

Can someone please suggest how to approach consumer court & expose the Samsung corrupt , unethical practices
