I have a saving account at SBI DOBASIPARA (TURA) WEST GARO HILLS, MEGHALAYA. Presently I am posted in Jalandhar (Punjab). This is my salary account (PMSP). I can't able to withdrawn money through my account and ATM card, a response code 0051 ( INSUFFICENT FUND ) shown in any transaction. Also contact with customer executive of SBI, They told me that my account shown as HOLD. I am facing acute economical crisis due to salary account. I also sent a mail to branch manager of SBI DOBASIPARA , but my account still blocked.
kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
